A central role is played by the child’s voice, which represents the pure and unprotected childlike soul that is endemic hidden in every person and who is ultimately confronted with the unanswered question of existence. Compositionally, I tried to treat with respect the history of the genre of Requiem, starting from the Middle Ages but also to use a musical language familiar and understandable for the modern listener.\nSimos Papanas\nParts:\n\nRequiem aeternam – Kyrie\nDies irae\nTuba mirum\nSanctus\nBenedictus\nAgnus Dei\nLibera me\n\nSymphony Orchestra of the Municipality of Thessaloniki\nSoloist:\nVasilis Kavagias- tenor\nChrysa Maliamani-soprano\nChristoforos Stamboglis-unprestand\n \nMusic direction: Haris Eliades, Musician\nMixed Choir of Cyril & Methodius\nChoir Address: Maria – Emma Meligopoulou, Assistant Professor TMETT\n
