And in addition: according to Law No. 3525/2007 (Official Gazette A’ 16/ 26.01.2007), article 12 (as amended by article 11 par. 4 of Law 3842/2010):

1) The amount of money or the value of the benefit after a monetary valuation of it by a special assessment committee, offered as a cultural sponsorship, in accordance with the provisions of this law, is deducted in its entirety from the taxable income of the taxpayer or the gross income of the business that offered the sponsorship. The total deductible amount cannot exceed ten percent (10%) of the total taxable income or net profits resulting from the books of the business.

2) By joint decision of the Ministers of Economy, Finance and Culture, the composition of the special assessment committee for the monetary valuation of the value of benefits in kind, intangible goods or services offered as cultural sponsorships, the procedure, terms, conditions and any other necessary detail.
